To subscribe, open the billing link your assistant gives you. It identifies your eBay account so the payment is applied to it — a payment made without it can't be matched to your store. Ask your assistant about your orders and it will include the link.
Every account starts with 14 days free. No card needed to start — connect your eBay account and use everything. If you do nothing at the end, access simply stops; nothing is charged and your listings are untouched.
Haulbound works inside Claude, and adding a custom connector needs a paid Claude plan (around $20/month, billed by Anthropic, not by us). If you're on Claude's free tier you won't be able to connect Haulbound yet.
Some workplace Claude accounts also block custom connectors by policy. Worth checking before subscribing — and if you find you can't connect, email us and we'll refund you, no argument.
No refunds, payouts, cancellations, or any movement of money — Haulbound has no tool that can do it. Every change to a listing or order is previewed and needs your approval in the chat first.
