Only what is needed to call eBay for you: your eBay user id and username, the marketplace you sell on, the permissions you granted, and an encrypted eBay refresh token. The refresh token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
We do not keep copies of your orders, buyers' names or addresses, listings, or financial records. Those are fetched from eBay when you ask a question and are not retained. The one exception is a cache of the reports eBay strictly rate-limits — your listing traffic statistics, your seller standards profile, and your customer-service metrics. A cached report is treated as current for six hours and kept for up to seven days so that a stale copy can still be shown if eBay's quota is exhausted. It is erased when you disconnect.
Your store data passes to the AI assistant you connected in order to answer your question. It is not sold, and it is not used to train models.
Ask Haulbound to disconnect and it gives you a link that erases everything above and cancels billing, after a confirmation page — nothing is deleted until you confirm there. You can also email support@haulbound.com and we will do it for you. Closing your eBay account erases it automatically — eBay notifies us and we delete on receipt. Revoking access in your eBay settings or removing the connector in Claude stops all access immediately, but ask us if you also want the stored record deleted. eBay notifies us automatically when an account is closed and we delete on receipt. You can also request erasure at any time.
