Only what is needed to call eBay for you: your eBay user id and username, the marketplace you sell on, the permissions you granted, and an encrypted eBay refresh token. The refresh token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
We do not keep copies of your orders, buyers' names or addresses, listings, or financial records. Those are fetched from eBay when you ask a question and are not retained. The only exception is a short-lived cache of listing traffic statistics, kept for a few hours because eBay strictly limits how often that report can be requested.
Your store data passes to the AI assistant you connected in order to answer your question. It is not sold, and it is not used to train models.
Disconnect the connector, or close your eBay account, and everything above is erased. eBay notifies us automatically when an account is closed and we delete on receipt. You can also request erasure at any time.
