Haulbound is a small, family-run online store with a Swedish address in Uppsala. We look for clever things that make everyday life at home a little warmer and easier – and only sell items we would want on our own table.
Our first product is Dukvärme, the heating mat that keeps food warm throughout the entire dinner. We got tired of our food going cold while everyone was still sitting around talking, especially at the Christmas table.
How we work
Our products are shipped directly from our supplier abroad. Therefore, delivery takes 7–15 days, longer than from a warehouse in Sweden. In return, you always get free and tracked shipping, a 30-day return policy, and customer service in Swedish. We handle returns right here in Uppsala.
Who we are
Asrar receives returns and product samples in Uppsala, and the rest of the family manages the store and customer service.
Do you have any questions or ideas? Email us at kundtjanst@haulbound.com or call 070-332 93 81 (weekdays 10 am – 4 pm). We read everything.
