How hot does the mat get?
You can choose between 8 settings from 50 to 120 °C. Hot food should be kept at a minimum of 60 °C, so choose a medium or higher setting.
Which dishes can I place on it?
Porcelain, glass, ceramic, cast iron, and pots work well. Avoid thin plastic containers and disposable trays.
How do I clean it?
Let the mat cool down and wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not submerge it in water.
Does it turn off automatically?
Yes. Set the timer for 1–8 hours, and the mat will turn off when the time has elapsed.
Does the plug fit Swedish sockets?
Yes, the mat is delivered with an EU plug.
What is the delivery time?
7–15 days with free and trackable shipping. The mat is shipped directly from our supplier abroad. Order by December 8th for delivery before Christmas.
Where is my package?
You will receive a tracking number via email once the package has been shipped. Has it been more than 15 days? Email us and we will check immediately.
