How to use it
Roll out the mat on the table and plug it in. Choose a heat level and set the timer. Put the dishes straight on the mat. When you have finished eating: let it cool down, wipe it and roll it up.
Delivery
Free shipping across Sweden. The mat ships directly from our supplier abroad and normally arrives within 7–15 days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel has shipped. Order by 8 December for delivery before Christmas.
Returns
You have 30 days to change your mind. Email us and we will send instructions and our return address in Sweden. You get your money back within 14 days of us receiving the mat.
Safety
Made for food in heat-resistant dishes. Do not cover the mat with blankets or towels, and do not use it as a heating pad for your body. Let it cool down before you roll it up, and keep the cord out of reach of children.

Frequently asked questions
How hot does the mat get?
You choose between 8 levels from 50 to 120 °C. Hot food should be kept at 60 °C or more, so choose a middle setting or higher.
Which dishes can I put on it?
Porcelain, glass, ceramics, cast iron and pots work well. Avoid thin plastic containers and disposable trays.
Does it switch off automatically?
Yes. Set the timer to 1–8 hours and the mat switches off when the time is up.
How do I clean it?
Let the mat cool down and wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not put it in water.
